Cell Culture Laboratory of the Pediatric Urology & Regenerative Medicine Research Center (PURMRC) has been active since 2007. The scope of research is focused on (but not limited to), cell culture and propagation of various human and animal cells, improvement of cell isolation techniques, development of patient-derived xenograft models, manipulation and activation of cells, and production of cell products. In this lab, services including human and animal cell culture, cryoperservation of samples, cell death studies with MTT assay, recellularization and cell seeding on tissue scaffolds, immuno-fluorescence staining, and RNA extraction are offered. This lab welcomes collaboration with graduate and postgraduate students in proceeding their research projects and theses. In order to use the facilities of the laboratory, official arrangements should be made with the lab in-charge under the permission of the head of PURMRC through contracts or joint research projects. Herewith, we would like to invite students and researchers of the basic medical sciences to join the center or collaborate through joint projects.
